Review QuickBooks set-up with attention to detailed job costing; Identify set-up goals and QuickBooks set-up errors
Modify Accounts, Items, Templates as needed to design QuickBooks for the client's needs as both a direct provider of construction services and a subcontractor
Create procedures for quarterly cash basis WA excise tax reporting
Train bookkeeper/admin to post for detailed job costing and reporting
Provide ongoing training and troubleshooting quarterly as needed, and at least once per year for federal income tax prep reports
