KEYNOTE SPEAKER: DOUG SLEETER  " The state of the art for accounting software continues to change and present completely new paradigms. Doug Sleeter will report on the latest trends of chunkification of the business process and will discuss the emergence of the hodgepodge problem. We are beginning to realize that small apps create “islands of data” that challenge our ability to create cohesive, well-integrated systems for small business. This has brought rise to what Doug Sleeter calls the “super chunk.” These are solutions that aggregate data from several other parts of the system and manage the data connection with backend accounting, as well as with the other parts of the system.
